What is Dustless Blasting?
Dustless blasting mixes water with the blast media, making the process dust free. This keeps the work area clean and safe for others to be around.
The water in our process reduces friction and heat, meaning theirs no warping or distortion which can happen during tradition dry blasting.
Maintaining the integrity of a surface is something the precision dustless blaster handles with ease. This is down to the adjustable pressure, and the various blasting media available.
Various sized nozzles and pressures allows us to tackle any project, from intricate detailed jobs, to huge building, and everything in between.
What is Powder coating?
Powder Coating is a dry finishing process created by an electric charge that causes a dry powder to fuse to the surface of the metal. This is then baked in a curing oven to achieve the desired colour and finished coating. It is used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
